Umbra Nomads is built around a simple privacy principle: your eclipse observations belong to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how Umbra Nomads, developed by Ilya Levin, handles information used inside the app.

No Personal Data Collection

Umbra Nomads does not collect personal information, account information, device identifiers, analytics data, advertising data, or usage profiles.

There is no account registration or login.

The app does not use advertising, tracking technologies, or analytics services.

Your Observation Records

Information you create in Umbra Nomads is stored locally on your device.

This may include:

• eclipse observations and sighting details
• phase and timing information
• visibility and surface selections
• field notes and tags
• environmental readings
• observation locations or coordinates
• photos attached to observations
• eclipse calendar entries and reminder settings

These records are not transmitted to the developer or stored on external servers.
